RENT AN APARTMENT THAT YOU FOUND ON APARTMENTS2RENT® AND GET A REWARD !! Apartments2Rent® values your business, and so we offer to any renter that rents an apartment from any of the buildings listed on our website a Renter Reward, provided that the listed property has chosen to participate in our Renter Reward program and has vacancies available to rent. This is our way of thanking you for using our services and for telling your friends about our website. Properties that are part of this program have a Reward logo showing on the Building Summary page, and a Renter Reward logo at the top of the detailed listing page (the screen you see when you click on any Details button shown on the Building Summary page). The detailed listing of a participating property will also have a Guest Card coupon attached that you can fill out and print. Properties that are not part of this program or that have no vacancies will not display a Guest Card coupon, and they are not eligible for a Renter Reward. HOW TO USE A RENTER REWARD COUPON 1. Find an apartment to lease that is participating in the Renter Reward program. 2. Fill out the Guest Card coupon that is attached to the detailed listing for that apartment. 3. Print the coupon and take it with you to the Rental Office where you plan to lease your new home. 4. The Rental Office agent will validate your coupon. The coupon is only valid if you sign a lease (rental agreement) with the Rental Office. 5. ACTIVATE your coupon within 10 days of signing your lease by sending an e-mail to rewards@apartments2rent.net, quoting your Renter Reward coupon number and listing the building address, agreed rent, number of bedrooms, apartment suite number, and move-in date. If you do not have e-mail then please call our business office at 416-203-0560 within 10 days of signing your lease and request to activate your coupon. Please have your coupon in your hand when you call us. 6. Once you move in to your new home, you will receive your reward directly from Apartments2Rent® through the mail, within 15 days of your move-in date.
